Does it work?
Yes. RTT is a powerful, solution-based therapy that has worked and been perfected for the last 30years. It continues to help thousands of people just like you, no matter the issue. It is simple, effective, permanent, and proven.
What if I can't be hypnotized?
You can. Everyone can. As long as you wish to be hypnotized, you will be. It's an easy, enjoyable and thoroughly relaxing process.
Will I be asleep?
No. Hypnosis is not about sleeping. It is a "sleeping" of the nervous system. You will be aware of everything going on. As a matter of fact, you and I will be talking and discussing your issue the whole time.
Will I be under your power during hypnosis?
No. You are in charge. You cannot be made to do anything you do not want to do. You cannot be taken into hypnosis against your will either. You come willingly to me. I put you under hypnosis and then we discuss what you came to me about. It is a beautiful process. If for any reason, during the session you want to stop, you simply tell me and it will be over. Again, you are in charge the whole time.
What if I uncover something I don't want to share?
You are in complete control during the session. If something comes up that you do not want to disclose, then you will not. I can still help you as long as you can tell me how the details make you feel. I don't have to know what went on, just the affect it had on you.
How does this possibly work in just one session?
RTT is not just hypnosis. It is so much more. While under hypnosis, RTT allows us direct access to the root cause of the self-destructive belief or action. The source of our issues is usually based on an age appropriate understanding, at the time of an event in our past. We couldn't fully understand it when we acquired the belief or behavior but it is now embedded in our subconscious mind. When we discover the false belief, it is corrected, released and replaced with a productive, healthy belief or behavior.
Once the belief is upgraded, the issue is gone. Sometimes is can take more than one session per issue, but as a rule of thumb, most issues are tackled in one session. There will be no more days, weeks, months and sometimes years of just sitting there and talking about your issues.
RTT is a result-driven therapy. Some clients come back for different issues. Once a client sees how easy it is to correct a behavior they start to realize other areas of life that might need an "upgrade" and they waste no time to return and "upgrade" even more. *Please note that long term depression and anxiety can take several sessions.
Do you do regression?
Yes! Regression is an invaluable way to discover the source of a belief or behavior. You will not re-experience the situation, you will simply be observing the event or experience you had in your past. What you observe might make you have a feeling, like sad or joyful, but you will feel completely safe and you will be releasing the energy from that experience. And remember, again you are in control.
